Itinerary
Day 1 USA - Harbin
Board an international flight bound for China. Cross the International Date Line.
Day 2 Harbin
Arrive in Harbin. Our guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the luxury hotel for rest and relaxation. Harbin is the capital of Heilongjiang Province. With a 190-day freezing season, Harbin is known as a "City of Ice" and a cradle of the ice-and-snow culture in the world.
Day 3 Harbin
After breakfast, we will tour Songhua River scenic area. Located on the northern bank of the Songhua River, Sun Island is an ideal tourist attraction and a holiday resort holding the Snow Sculpture Art Expo annually, as well as the activities of winter swimming. We will enjoy the Ice Lantern Show. Tonight, we will have a local flavor dinner.

Day 4 Harbin - Changchun
After breakfast, tour St. Sophia Church Square, the largest Eastern Orthodox Church in the Far East. Visit the Central Street. Travel to Changchun in the afternoon.

Day 5 Changchun - Jilin - Changchun
After breakfast, drive to Jilin. Cruising down the Songhua River, you will be entering a real life gallery. Tour Meteorite Memorial Hall, the North Mountain Park, Jade Emperor Temple, temple of King of Medicine, downtown of the city. Return to Changchun in the afternoon.

Day 6 Changchun - Shenyang
After breakfast, tour the Puppet Palace Museum. Travel to Shenyang, the capital of Liaoning Province, an ancient city. Shenyang has many places of historic interest and scenic beauty. We visit Shenyang Imperial Palace and the Former Residence of Zhang Xueliang. Shenyang cuisine has a long history, its dumpling banquet is one of the best. Enjoy Korean barbecue tonight.

Day 7 Shenyang - Benxi - Shenyang
After breakfast, drive to Benxi. Tour the Water Cave in Bengxi. Drive back to Shenyang in the afternoon. Tour the Imperial Qing Tombs.

Day 8 Shenyang - Dalian
After breakfast, we travel to the beautiful seaside city, Dalian, located at the Liaodong Peninsular in northeast China, Dalian borders the Yellow Sea in the east, and the Bohai Sea in the west. A whole day excursion exploring Dalian, including tour the Binghai Road, the North Bridge, Tiger Statue Square, Xinhai Bay Square, the Statues in memory of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the city.

Day 9 Dalian - Lushun - Dalian
After breakfast, drive to Lushun. The tour will show us the Lushun Harbour and Baiyushan Pagoda. Russian and Japanese occupation, and the Japanese-Russian War of 1894-1895, have bequeathed Lushun with quite a few landmarks. Enjoy a seafood hot pot dinner.

Day 10 Dalian - Hohhot
After breakfast, board a flight bound for Hohhot, the capital city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Upon arrival we start our city tour of Hohhot with a visit to the General's Official Residence of Suiyuan and Inner Mongolia Museum. Then we check in to the hotel.

Day 11 Hohhot - Grassland
After breakfast, you will tour the Mausoleum of Beauty Wang Zhaojun and Da Zhao Temple which was built in 1580. Begin our day by touring the vast grassland and pastures. Taste the unique local food for lunch. Later watch the locals in horse riding, wrestling and archery. In the evening after a Mongolian lamb dinner, we enjoy a graceful performance of Mongolian songs and dances. At night we stay in mushroom-like yurts.

Day 12 Grassland - Yinken Resonant Sand Gorge - Hohhot
Rise up early to take the wonderful view of sunrise on the grassland. Then journey by coach to Baotou. The city orientation tour takes us to visit Meidaizhao, built in 1575 and served as both a residential area and a monastery. Then we journey by coach to Yinken Resonant Sand Gorge (includes entrance fee and round trip cable car fee, not include personal expenses such as camel rides and dune slidings). On the way, we look at the Mother River of China, the Yellow River. For lunch, have the famous local cuisine, carp fish from Yellow River. Located in Kubuqi Gobi, Yinken Resonant Sand Gorge earns same fame as Mingshashan in Dunhuang and Shapotou in Zhongwei, in China. Here we experience a natural phenomenon. Sliding down from the sandhill, one can hear the sounds like automobile and aircraft engines, a phenomenon nobody can explain. Return to Hohhot.

Day 13 Hohhot - Beijing - USA
After breakfast, you are transferred to airport for your return flight back to your home. You will be in the United States the same day. End of tour.
